UL or other NRTL listing of Vulcan Omnipro 220 multi-process welder

I received a Harbor Freight catalog in the mail and saw a Vulcan Omnipro 220 multi-process welder advertised. I did a web search for that welder to see what US regulatory agency or testing lab approval it has. I haven't turned up anything so far. https://www.harborfreight.com/omnipro-220-industrial-multiprocess-welder-with-120240-volt-input-63621.html Stephen has said that the NRTL label would be on the welder and not mentioned in the manual. My bet would be that a NRTL certification would be a feature that costs the manufacturer money and that if such a certification existed, the manufacturer would trumpet it in the sales literature. I wonder if any of the multiple reviewers of this product are aware of any NRTL certification label? I wonder if there is a way to query the NRTL labs individually to see if they have certified a product? I wonder if there is any third party assessment of welder duty cycle? https://harryferguson.blogspot.com

Personal shop

Here is discussion of a man who worked on vehicles in his home garage. I have never known of anybody who had a tractor block bored. I did learn to use an engine boring bar long in the past that clamped onto the block. https://driving.ca/auto-news/news/in-the-garage-the-student-becomes-the-teacher-and-drag-racer

Hurricane proofing

This building had no space to work on cars, tractors, or anything. But it did survive a hurricane. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/14/us/hurricane-michael-florida-mexico-beach-house.html?emc=edit_nn_20181021&nl=morning-briefing&nlid=8429404420181021&te=1

tractor restoration skills

Wow! You can go to college and major in John Deere! How cool is that? Jealousy inducing if you favor red tractors. http://catalog.owens.edu/preview_program.php?catoid=11&poid=3074&returnto=6157 When I took automotive courses, one was about planning and setting up a repair business. I do not see the equivalent in this curriculum. I think this is more a curriculum for people of my grandchildren's age who want a career working as a dealership mechanic. I still think autobody training might be a better choice for tractor restorers.
I did a Linked In search for the topic of tractor restoration. I did not get a single match. People in Antique Tractor have mentioned their workshops. I am pretty much at the point in life where I could focus on designing and building a workshop/residence where I could work on things indoors. Things I would want would include storage shelves, a lift, good lighting, plenty of electrical and air outlets, insulated floor, rolling A frame hoist, compressor, etc. I am sure there are more.   I would probably want a restroom and shower adjacent. Ice Road Truckers is a   show I watched a couple of times. They could open the overhead door and drive a semi tractor in and shut it. I am sure others have features of their own workshops that they like and do not like. I would appreciate feedback on what others have done. I answered an ad about 30 years ago and went to pickup the item offered for sale. From the outside I thought I was going to a house. It appeared to
